1. Try to stay calm – your first concern is the safety of the people involved.
   
   
2. It's better to avoid discussing the accident with the parties involved.
   
   
3. Wait for the police and make a formal statement.
   
   
4. You will need an accident report. Contact 911 or the local police directly.
   
   
5. Contact your insurance company (Need help? Call us!)
   
   
6. Contact Kelley and Souder Collision Service at 610-539-1806 to get the help and answers you need. If the car has been towed, you may need to call and release the car to Kelley and Souder.
   
   
7. Remember, you have the right to choose the repair shop – not your insurance company.
   
   
8. If you need a rental car, let us know. We will make sure you have the transportation you need when you need it.
   
   
9. Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages.
   
   
10. If you need a tow truck, we'll take care of that too. Just let us know.
